Returns are accepted for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unused
• Be in original packaging
• Include all accessories

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used skincare products
• Opened silicone tapes
• Damaged products due to misuse
• Hygiene-sensitive items unless defective

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
